Public School Fund Application

At Assembly Mennonite Church, we financially support families who choose an Anabaptist education and we also support our public school system. We do this by tithing a percentage of our Mennonite education assistance money, and we put that tithe in our “Public School Fund.” Monies in the Fund are used to support public school projects. Below is a form to suggest specific projects for funding. Preference is given to suggestions that connect with the work of an Assembly participant.

  • Should your request be approved, please write the name of the check recipient (if it is a person/organization/business other than yourself). If this is left blank, the check will be written to you, the person filling out this request.
  • Please explain how you plan to use this financial assistance including an itemized list if applicable.
